Alex Stevens
Alex Stevens is the "new" member of the group. He first lent
his talents to the band's recordings
at the castle last year and was officially invited to join a few months later.
The recordings done that day in the studio were in fact the first time
he'd played with Adam McIntyre and Eric Stroud. The outcome of the collaboration
was stunning and because of Alex's no-nonsense attitude he was seen as a
prospective band member. He added an active, R&B/Soul flavor to the PowerPop
of "Magnificent" and a thundering fuzz bass to "Something New". He also
takes the role of "vocal arranger" of the band, handling backing vocal harmonies
and making sure that the band's harmonies don't clash. Overall his
contributions to the band are immeasureable.
Alex is a native of Mississippi and is currently living in Nashville.
